Dr. Mina, DVM, is the proud owner and lead veterinarian of Five Mile Animal Hospital, a compassionate sanctuary dedicated to the well-being of beloved pets.

Originally hailing from Egypt, Dr. Mina embarked on a journey fueled by passion and dedication. After graduating in 2008, Dr. Mina initially delved into the pharmaceutical industry. However, the call of his heart led him to pursue his lifelong dream of caring for small animals in the United States.

Upon obtaining licensure in the US in 2017, Dr. Mina immersed himself in the field, honing his skills and expertise. He garnered invaluable experience during his tenure at two industry giants, Banfield and VCA, where he provided exemplary care to countless furry companions for over five years.

In July 2023, Dr. Mina took a pivotal step in his career journey by acquiring Five Mile Animal Hospital. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, he continues to elevate the standard of care, offering a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of his patients.

Dr. Mina’s areas of specialization encompass preventive care, urgent cases, and surgical interventions. He approaches each case with unwavering compassion, ensuring that every pet receives the individualized attention they deserve.  

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Mina is deeply involved in his community, actively promoting animal welfare initiatives and fostering meaningful connections with pet owners. Driven by a profound love for animals and an unwavering dedication to his craft, Dr. Mina stands as a beacon of hope and healing for pets and their families alike.
